FACILITIES AT SOUTHAMPTON
Each terminal has its own facilities which are listed below;
QUEEN ELIZABETH II CRUISE TERMINAL:

There are cafe facilities in the visitors lounge and a full buffet service in the main Embarkation Lounge.
Full disabled facilities, public telephones and a shuttle bus to Southampton shopping centre is available throughout the day.
Taxis can be booked via the Pursers Office which is on board the vessel or at the taxi rank outside the Embarkation Lounge. The service of the Orient Express is available from Victoria Station to the cruise terminal for Queen Mary 2 Trans-Atlantic sailing and other occassions.
OCEAN CRUISE TERMINAL:
Cruise Information Desk: telephone number to be confirmed.
A full licenced bar and cafe is available in the Departure Lounge. Vending machines are also available.
Taxis can be hailed from the dedicated taxi rank.
A short stay car park is available for drop off and pick up of passengers.
CITY CRUISE TERMINAL:

A fully licenced bar and cafe is available in the departure lounge after check in. Refreshment facilities are limited.
There is no viewing gallery at the City Cruise Terminal. There is an excellent vantage point at Mayflower Park.
A short stay car park is available adjacent to the cruise terminal.
There is an early luggage check in at the City Cruise Terminal berth 101 next to Mayflower Park which is mainly used for Royal Carribean Departures such as Navigator of the Seas.
MAYFLOWER CRUISE TERMINAL:

A fully licenced cafe and bar is available in the Departure Lounge after check in. Refreshment facilities and rest rooms are accessible in the Arrivals Hall for visitors.
There is a dedicated taxi rank adjacent to the Arrivals Hall.
CPS Valet Parking Service is available at this terminal.
The viewing gallery will be open 1 hour before the vessel sails. You will need to provide proof of identity to obtain a security pass.
