Bond Street, like Oxford Street, is one of London's most popular shopping high streets. it sits between Piccadilly and Oxford street, linking the two major street together at opposite ends. It is famous for its high end and prestigious fashion shops such as suits and evening dresses. The street is lined with private and sometimes member only shops for those with a lot of money to spend.
Bond Street started its journey in the early 1700s. By the 1800s it had already become a majorly popular place for upper class London residents to come and mingle. With this high end market audience, came the high ends shops flooding in. as the shops gained popularity the street become less of a social place and more of a shopping high street for the rich and infamous.
The street features Sotheby's and Bonhams Actions and also Fenwick and Tiffany's. It is one of the most expensive and sought after strips of real estate in Europe.
