Russell Square, located in bloomsbury, is a garden area in Camden. Russell square is seen as the garden of the University of London and also the British Museum. Russell square tube station is located near by and links the garden to the rest of the city. This area is perfect for locals to go and relax without having too many tourists flooding the area.
The area is managed only by the Camden Council. The garden was created because the Duke of the site had lost his home gardens to the construction of roads. So he used the area to replace his loss.
